That is 13:30 in London for most of the year, so it lands inside the overlap, with both centres trading. The session's 08:00 open is 13:00 in London, which makes the London afternoon and the New York morning the same hours. The United States moves its clocks on the second Sunday of March and the first Sunday of November, earlier than London in spring and a week later in autumn, and in those weeks every New York time on this page is an hour earlier on a London clock.
